Delivery and Returns Policy


FREE Delivery to England, Wales and Scotland.

Free Delivery offer is not available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man and remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands. For orders and deliveries to these areas please email:

FREE Delivery takes 3-5 working days. (Excluding Saturday and Sundays).

When your order is processed and despatched, an email will be sent to the email address on your order- this will include a link to the courier website and a tracking reference to monitor the arrival of your order.

Siemlus Medical Limited adheres to the returns policies of consumer rights act 2015 and for online returns the consumer returns rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please email in timeframes specified to action any return policy.

​We request that you contact us immediately if you experience any issues regarding your delivery and we will do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.

​Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or replaced based on the following reasons:

  1. If the product arrives faulty or damaged.

  2. The customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.

Please note- during the current Coronavirus pandemic, we regret that we cannot accept returns for non-faulty infection control products. These items include face masks, gloves, hand sanitiser and other PPE related products)

​Method of refund - This will be to the same credit or debit card used for payment.

​By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day they, or a third party indicated by them, receives the goods.

​To cancel your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period, please contact us and we will send you a cancellation form which you can print out.

​Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the cancellation form within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

​We highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

​Please note that you’ll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to Siemlus Medical Limited unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

​Refunds will be made as quickly as possible but will always be within 10 working days after we have received the goods and they are in good condition.

​It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned at their expense.
